Olivia started HighTouch Consulting in 2016 while she was working at the Capital Group. Originally focused on helping start up companies raise seed capital, Olivia has helped numerous entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. Over the years, the business has expanded into a full service consultancy. With deep roots in GTM, Marketing and Operations, Olivia's experience working with a diverse set of clients across a variety of different industries allows her to bring a fresh perspective to addressing client challenges and uncovering opportunities.
Jackline Ajemian
HR Partner
Jacklin is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with a deep passion for helping small businesses grow and scale. She began her career in finance, developing a strong foundation in financial management and strategic decision-making. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, she co-founded and built a successful software company from the ground up for 24 years, which she sold in 2020. Jacklin now applies her expertise to helping other entrepreneurs streamline operations, optimize growth strategies, and position their businesses for long-term success.

Creative Director
Fady Jeanbart, is an award winning Director and Editor living in Los Angeles, CA. He is an active member of the Television Academy (Emmy®) recognized by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Over the years, Fady has partner with HighTouch clients to enhance their media and content quality. He is an expert in the art of visual storytelling and leverages his traditional film background to consult our clients on developing a strong value prop that tells a compelling story about their products.

Lara Injeyan
Senior Partner
Lara brings over a decade of experience launching startups in technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and finance, with a focus on Pre-seed to Series A stages. She has been a founding member of four startups, specializing in operations, human resources, and growth strategies. Lara earned a Political Science degree from UCLA and an MBA from Hult International Business School. Notably, she supported Flatiron Health’s $1.9 billion acquisition by Roche and played a key role in House Rx’s Series A funding led by Bessemer Ventures.
